Lot Evaluation:
JTL believes the lot evaluation is the single most important aspect to the property of your dreams. We need to determine what in addition to your residence the lot be used for…. will you have a business there, livestock, hunting....etc. Our sit-down consultation will answer these questions and many more to get on the right track.
Custom Design:
With the ever-changing design and color schemes in today’s home builds, JTL hires qualified designers for any type of dwelling you desire. Co-founder, Kandi, is not only a licensed designer, but a certified color expert as well. Our sit-down consultation will explain the entire process for the design process from room layout to final colors.
Need Financing?
JTL can help you through this daunting aspect of the build. We know how frustrating the funding portion can be. JTL is not a financial institution and does not offer loans, but we have been around the block for a while and have developed strong partnerships over the years.
As you can see, JTL wants to be of assistance the whole way through and believes we owe that to our clients.
Build Process and Guarantee:
JTL wants our clients to understand the build process from the very first consultation. The more our clients know about the process, the smoother the entire process goes.
Phase I-Pre-construction:
Once the perfect site has been established, we will meet to begin our preliminary design kick off. Based on your property desires we will better define structure location and design look.
Phase II-Slab and Exterior Construction:
Once foundation has been poured based on structure design. The house will be framed with windows and doors. At this point, HVAC, electrical and plumbing will be roughed in. Beyond this step, your exterior finishes will be completed based on design.
Phase III-Interior Construction:
Once the exterior has been finished complete with roof, interior finishes will be applied. When wall coverings are complete, flooring, cabinets, countertops, tiles and trims will be applied.
Phase IV-Finish Out:
Phase IV starts the installation of colors, specialty features and lighting. Next appliances and hardware will be installed to finish off the interior. Any designed landscaping will follow. Once the punchlist is completed, it’s time to move into your new beautiful home.

Plumbing
JTL uses a mixture of plumbing materials depending on the application. We only use the strongest materials to ensure strength during freezing.
HVAC
At JTL, we put in the proper size unit for the size of the structure. We do not cut corners when it comes to the comfort of our clients.
Inspections
Though JTL takes pride in the construction of our clients homes, we do believe there needs to be checks and balances in place. This is why we will bring in third party inspections after every major phase of construction.
